Satish is a commerce graduate and an fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Satish has over 14 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance functions of domestic and international laws including India, South East Asia, Europe, Australia, Mauritius and other jurisdictions.

Satish brings with himself enriching experience of Domestic & Global Acquisitions & Takeovers, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, Fund Raising and compliances of Foreign Exchange Management law, Inbound & outbound investment, Private Equity, MIS, processes & controls and interactions with Exchanges and regulatory authorities. Satish has domain expertise of compliances relating to investment banking, institutional broking and research analyst including registrations & surrender, membership compliances, client on-boarding & empanelment, due diligence, risk assessment, policies framework, audit & inspection and regulatory approvals & reporting. Before joining Forecore, Satish was associated with Religare Capital Markets Limited as Associate Vice-president - Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Satish also pursues social service interests and is engaged in activities for benefit of the society.
