Suvindra did his Bachelorâ€™s degree in Commerce from the Patna University, he is also a Law Graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2008.

Suvindra has rich and varied experience of 16 years in handling the corporate affairs of the various listed corporate houses, viz. SRM Energy Limited, Cals Refineries Limited, Emmsons International Ltd., and also associated with the REC Limited for a brief period. For the previous Six years, he was heading the group as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with a varied responsibilities for overall compliances under different laws, handling the legal cases, investigations against the Companies, and other administrative work.

During his tenure as Company Secretary, he has been actively involved in liasoning with the different departments and investigating agencies. e.g., SFIO, ED, SEBI, ROC and Official Liquidators (OL), attached to the Delhi Court. Apart from the aforesaid he has obtained his experience in dealing with various Corporate legal matters at different forums and Courts, e.g., High Court and Lower Courts and also with the other judicial bodies like, SAT, NCLAT, NCLT and ITAT etc.
